  • You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Opening the package during delivery is not allowed.
